At the age of 19 and unlicensed, Chance closed on her first house .

Three years later that home earned her over $50K! She then used that money to purchase another home which turned into her first rental.

It was then She learned real estate was her “thing” and sought a license.

Chance is also a Certified Credit Counselor. In this role, she helps those with credit challenges so they can reach their goal of home ownership, or the step in between renting.
